Paradise AWAITS!...Make priceless memories in this fully-equipped condo, perfectly positioned in the much sought-after community of Pedregal, also known as the "Beverly Hills of Los Cabos."
Take a dip in your choice of the 2 infinity edge pools all with stunning blue water views, relax in one of the hot tubs, or just kick back on the private terrace while you take in breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez, downtown Cabo, the marina, and the mountains...Don't for get about the unforgettable downtown city night lights and the most amazing moonrises! The development is spacious and well developed and laid out, offers gym access for all rental guests and 3 outside BBQ areas. There is a dedicated covered parking space for our condo for any rental guest(s) that have a rental car. The condo is professionally decorated with a comfortable modern but beach touch. All stainless steel GE Profile appliances, dishwasher and gas range stove. Fully equipped laundry room, and All just a short walk or uber away from the best beaches, nightlife, and restaurants Los Cabos has to offer!
The property is located just over 1/2 mile to the marina or a realistic 7-10 minute walk down to the marina while having many more bar and restaurants just a stones throw from the condo. Come play with us and enjoy an unforgettable vacation with family friends and loved ones. We have many great options and recommendations to help accommodate any needs. We can also help arrange private transportation for $75 usd each way and with a stop for groceries on the way in. We are here to assist and welcome your stay with us at Casa Feliz!
We highly suggest that all clients look into a 3rd party travel insurance policy that covers your flight(s) and the property rental costs in case of any unforeseen emergencies. We want all parties to be protected and although our side has been VERY fair in the past & present with clientele, we also feel this is a responsibility of the end user as when we travel we protect our vacation and expenses through these means so it's duly justified. There's many options available and most our at a minimal expense.
*There's an after checkout cleaning fee of $60 CAD paid through the booking platform goes directly to the maid*
In addition, our holiday policy is as follows, Christmas and New Years Eve cannot be booked together without booking a minimum of 14 nights and/or we will not allow less than 5 nights for either taking Christmas and/or New Years Eve and we require a departure for a Christmas booking not past the 29th unless New Years Eve is already booked. Furthermore, for a New Years Eve booking, we do not allow an arrival before the 27th unless Christmas Day is already booked. For clarification, please ask before performing an "instant booking" or you may be required to cancel and you are properly informed in this regard so we will not perform this cancellation to disrupt our search metrics. At times we maybe able to accommodate your stay outside the above guidelines.

Varför värden valde detta boende
Pedregal is fondly referred to as the Beverly Hills of Cabo San Lucas. We love our neighbourhood with it's beautiful homes, cobblestone streets and breathtaking views of Medano Beach and the Pacific ocean on our private beach. We also have a private desalination plant so we never run out of water.

Unobstructed views from our unit in the quiet area of the complex. Complex boasts two heated pools and hot tubs, well equipped gym, two BBQ areas and onsite security
