The ground floor connects the kitchen, living, and dining spaces to a fenced deck with outdoor seating, perfect for a drink and snacks in the afternoon sun.

The second floor, two peaceful bedrooms luxurious and spacious Queen beds. All bedrooms have block out blinds.
2 Modern full bathrooms on this level, and one bedroom extends to a balcony for a beautiful view of the city.

On the third floor, two additional bedrooms await, with spacious comfortable 1 Queen bed and 2x single beds. Each has an Ensuite bathroom with tiled shower, heated bidets, heated towel rails and vanities with excellent storage. Giving each person their own space and comfort.
In the ground floor you will find a foldable trundler bed accommodating the 9th guest - linen for the trundler bed is an additional cost.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and oven. We also provide basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and pepper, so you can prepare your meals with ease if you wish to cook throughout your stay. The washer/dryer combo is located in a cupboard in the kitchen, laundry powder is provided.

Located a short walk to Riverside Market's and The Terraces, you are able to enjoy all the city has to offer within a leisurely stroll.

This property does not come with an allocated car park. Should you have a vehicle there's free on-street parking available in the surrounding streets.

Your group will have complete access to this entire property during your stay. The host does not live on site.

Easy to use electronic keypad to enter the property. Street parking only - located outside on the street - no allocated parks. There are plenty of pay parks nearby as well as the Lichfield St parking building.

Please note parking in any reserved carparks next to Lava Lane may result in carparking fines or being towed at your own expense. There are also cameras in place for enforcement.

City Noise - Kindly be aware that this location resides within the inner city, which may entail certain urban noises. These could encompass pedestrian movement, traffic noise, and neighbouring properties.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
