Escape to this light and bright studio apartment in The Sage, a new
development in the heart of Sea Point. The apartment is nestled just a
stone's throw away from the popular Sea Point Promenade, close to
popular restaurants, cafes, and shops. The V&A Waterfront is just a
10-15 minute drive away, and a scenic 10-15 minute drive takes you to
Table Mountain. Alternatively, take a stroll or drive down to the
world-famous Clifton and Camps Bay beaches.
The space
Our apartment is perfect for friends, couples, or business travellers,
looking for a comfortable and stylish home away from home.
The apartment features a fully-equipped kitchen perfect for longer
stays. The cosy bedroom has a queen-sized bed for a great night's
sleep, and the lounge offers a comfortable couch with designer touches.
For those working remotely, our space offers a dedicated work desk,
unlimited Wi-Fi, and no load-shedding with the building's generator
ensuring that the power continues after a split changeover.
This beautiful apartment at The Sage is situated in a great location,
close to popular restaurants, cafes, and shops, such as Jason's Bakery
and Giovanni's. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, our
apartment offers comfort and convenience. Our apartment is conveniently
located next to the main road and a stone's throw from the Sea Point
Promenade and Table Mountain, two of Cape Town's most iconic landmarks.
Other Amenities:
- Uncapped Wifi: Stay connected with high-speed internet, perfect for
remote work or staying in touch with loved ones.
- Netflix: Enjoy your favourite shows and movies on the Smart TV.
- Building Generator: Rest easy knowing that scheduled power outages
(load-shedding) should not disrupt your comfortable stay.
- Free and Paid Street Parking: There is free and paid street parking
across the building and in close proximity.
