This 70mÂČ flat is located in a residence in the village of Le Grand-Bornand. It is 300m from the village centre with its shops and restaurants and 240m from the nearest ski bus stop. Access to the slopes is via the gondola, only 600m away on foot! In the summer you can walk to the leisure centre and many of the activities (accrobranche, tennis, swimming pool).
This duplex flat can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms with a double bed and one with three single beds. You have a bathroom and a shower room, and 2 separate toilets.
The main living area consists of the lounge, dining room and kitchen. There is a bay window and a French window on the south side of the flat which makes this flat very bright and gives you access to a balcony. This balcony faces east.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, extractor fan and a fridge with freezer compartment... The dining room is very bright and has a table and enough space for 6 people. The living room has a corner sofa and a TV.
The rental rate includes the full provision of bedlinen and towels (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels etc) and beds will be made up on your arrival! A light clean is also included at the end of your stay however we do expect the property to be left clear and tidy to avoid any surprises (beds stripped, rubbish removed, dishwasher emptied, bathrooms and kitchen left clears etc)!
