The Space:
Upstairs:
Bedroom One (Master Bedroom):
The spacious master bedroom features a king bed and showcases stunning ocean glimpses through sliding glass doors leading to the balcony. Equipped with a walk-in wardrobe, ducted air-conditioning, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom, this room offers both comfort and luxury.

Bathroom One (Master Ensuite):
The master ensuite is complete with a shower, toilet and double vanity.

Bedroom Two:
Fitted out with 1 single bed and a cot, this room features ducted air-conditioning, a ceiling fan and wardrobe space. Designed with families in mind, this room is the perfect retreat for families with young children. To keep the little ones entertained, the room is thoughtfully decorated with charming toys and playful décor, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere. The glass sliding door in this room opens out to the balcony, offering guests a refreshing breeze and stunning views of the surrounding area.

Bathroom Two:
This modern bathroom features a shower, bath, toilet and vanity.

Bedroom Three:
This room is complete with two king single beds, wardrobe space and a ceiling fan.

Downstairs:
Bedroom Four:
The lovely bedroom is located downstairs and is complete with a queen bed, ceiling fan, and two way ensuite.

Bathroom Three (ensuite):
The newly renovated bathroom features a toilet, shower and vanity and can be accessed from bedroom four and the hallway near the kitchen.

Laundry:
The laundry is equipped with a front loader washing machine, dryer, clothes airer and an outdoor washing line.

Kitchen:
The kitchen comes fully stocked with a smart fridge, gas stove, plus modern appliances and cooking utensils, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable cooking experience during your holiday.

Outdoor area:
The outdoor entertaining area includes a balcony overlooking the lush Buderim rainforest, featuring an undercover dining setting and BBQ. The adjacent spacious balcony is also equipped with a shade sail.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home as well as the garage. There is space to park one car in the garage as well as two cars in the driveway, plus plenty of free street parking.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of the Sunshine Coast, Buderim offers an ideal central location for exploring both the coastal areas and hinterland. With close proximity to the enchanting Buderim rainforest walk, complete with a picturesque waterfall, visitors can immerse themselves in nature's tranquillity. Buderim's charming main street has a delightful array of excellent shops, restaurants and cafes, with a small-town atmosphere that adds to the area's allure.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast, if you’re wanting a break from driving the local bus does service this area should you need it. The home is approximately an 15-minute uphill walk to Main St at Buderim Mountain Primary School where bus services are available and operate to Alexandra Headlands, Sippy Downs & Maroochydore.

Other Things to Note:
*Pet-friendly for 1 small dog upon application. When staying with a dog there is an additional fee of $50 per dog. Please reach out to us prior to booking with your pet to ensure you understand our pet rules. Please note the backyard is not fully fenced.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential area with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
