Set on over 1.7 acres with room for multiple families, we offer you this truly wonderful home where you can create your own magical memories!

From the moment you arrive you feel a sense of peace and relaxation in this spacious home with 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, multiple living zones, study and stunning outdoor space - sleeping 16 guests.

Lake Lorne is just a 2-minute walk away, the beaches of Clifton Springs and the many great wineries of the Bellarine Peninsula are a short drive away!

Guests of all ages can enjoy the many features that this property offers. A large, well-equipped kitchen is ideal for the cooking enthusiasts and the dining space is sure to host many memorable family dinners. The lounge has a feeling of comfort with the open fireplace, smart TV and the feature window looks out over the beautiful yard. The sitting room with built in bookshelf will provide hours of enjoyment with many books, games and puzzles. The study will cater to those who may need a workspace during their stay and the large bunk room, also with smart TV plus a sofa bed, provides extra space for guests. Outside will be a space to enjoy a family BBQ and sit by the firepit to see out the night. The kids will absolutely love the abundance of space/lawn, the inground trampoline and a treehouse like no other!

There is one ensuite, two full bathrooms plus an extra shower in the mud room. The laundry has a washer and dryer.

This property is ideally suited to family groups, mature groups, or potentially bridal parties/wedding groups (with so many great wedding locations close by!).
THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SUITABLE FOR SCHOOLIES, HENS/BUCKS OR ANY OTHER PARTIES. You must be over the age of 25 to book this property. Sorry, no pets.

Guests have access to the whole property, one or two cars can be parked under the carport, plus space for additional cars in the driveway.

Check in details will be provided the day prior to your stay.
GENERAL: All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood, and agree to abide, and be bound, by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules. Please treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful to our lovely neighbours. Strictly NO smoking at this property. Our home is NOT suitable for schoolies, hens or bucks parties. You must be over the age to 25 to make reservation at our property. Please follow parking guidelines where provided.

CHECK IN/ OUT: Check-in time is not before 3pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am on departure date. Late departure is subject to prior arrangement/availability and extra charges will apply. Check in and check out, contactless check in will be provided with key safe codes. Keys must be returned to the key safe upon checking out. If the keys are not placed back in the lock box a management fee will apply for us to allow housekeeping staff access to the property and if required replacement of keys.

UNAVAILABLITY: If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then we will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your stay, if we are unable to do so, all money paid will be refunded in full. Host on the coast will not be liable for additional accommodation costs in the event of these unforseen unavoidable circumstances.

PARTIES & FUNCTIONS: Parties are strictly prohibited. Breach of this will result in immediate eviction without refund and extra charges will apply for any additional, cleaning, garbage removal, repairs which may ocurr. We have the right to evict any guest during their stay if WE deem them to be in breach of the house rules.

LINEN AND TOWELS: We supply all bed linen and towels. They must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Further linen may be hired upon request prior to arrival. Properties with pools will include pool towels for your stay. Any damage or stains requiring additional laundering or replacement of linen will incur a charge or replacement fee. Stays longer than 1 week may request a housekeeping service for cleaning and/or linen servicing charged at a fee.

YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately if damages occur. We may recover from you repair or replacement costs. Occupancy must not exceed the agreed number booked for or the maximum listed as occupancy in the house description. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise at anytime (day or night), is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses. Noise should not be heard from outside the property after 10pm. Call outs: Lost keys/lock outs will incur a $100 call out fee for management to provide access plus the cost of replacement keys if required. Upon departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, crockery and cutlery washed and packed away, dishwasher emptied. If there is a BBQ onsite, it must be cleaned after use, failure will incur a $100 fee. You are responsible for removing any excess rubbish that does not fit in the outside bins. Excess rubbish charges will apply for any rubbish that is left behind (exceeds rubbish bin capacity). The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning charges will be incurred for the cleaning (but not limited to) of dirty dishes, dishwasher emptying, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish and so forth. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. Smoking is not permitted in the Property. A $400 fee will be applied to any property found to have been smoked in. No illicit drugs to be brought onto the property or persons under the influence to be allowed onto the property. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. Host on the Coast is not liable for any damage or loss of property during your stay.
