Unique Terrace In Central Melbourne Neighbourhood
Summary:
West Melbourne is the prime inner city Melbourne experience. Positioned between the CBD, Docklands and North Melbourne, Adderley is perfect for the business or adventure traveller. This spacious double storey Victorian family home is tastefully renovated and unique in character. Located a block from downtown Melbourne, Marvel Stadium, Docklands, the Queen Vic Market, the Uni and hospital precinct, cafes and parks and the Yarra are all within walking distance, but you could be a world away.
The Space:
Adderley has been lovingly restored, stylishly furnished and thoughtfully appointed. The home can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests within 3 oversized queen bedrooms and a private study which also converts to a fourth double bedroom. The bedrooms are all tucked away from street and traffic noise, so youâll sleep soundly whichever room you claim. There is a fully appointed kitchen and dining area opening to a secluded outdoor courtyard on the ground floor, and a spacious loungeroom, modern bathroom and separate laundry WC on the second floor.
High ceilings and original brickwork speak to the homeâs Victorian heritage, but it's modern at heart. Decorative fireplaces, mid century dĂ©cor, original staircase and intricate plasterwork complement the sun filled courtyard, ivy covered walls and restored red brick details of the exterior. Every part of this home has been crafted to offer a uniquely Melbourne experience.
Adderley also offers hydronic heating, premium bedding and quality linens. The kitchen comes stocked with a pantry of essentials, complementary bottle of wine, milk and sparkling water on arrival and a variety of teas and coffee for you to enjoy during your stay. From a coffee machine to an iron, a portable cot to board games we've got you sorted, check the features section for a full list.
Equipped with high speed wireless NBN, smart TV for streaming service connections, Bluetooth speakers and even a wifi assistant. Find her on the kitchen bench and ask her for the latest weather information, directions, local destinations and much more during your stay.
Each room has been stylishly furnished to offer you a calm, restful and enjoyable stay. Settle in for a movie night in the living room, take an afternoon nap on hotel quality queen size bed, soak away the days travels in the bathtub, throw open the double windows and nestle into the day bed with a good book, open the laptop and work on your latest project in the private study, cook up a dinner party in the fully appointed kitchen, or sip cocktails in the courtyard with family and friends in total seclusion. Whatever your travel inspiration, thereâs a space to make it happen
