Epp and Kathleen's weekend retreat

Wonderful Home for TRL trip!

We had a wonderful stay at this Eagle Rock home! Everything was very clean and so beautifully decorated. It smells like a new house still. The location is wonderful - tucked away but also still very close to Eagle Rock Marina/Table Rock Lake and there is a Dollar General very close as well. The view of the lake from the master bedroom is gorgeous and there is a large deck as well that we enjoyed watching the sunset from. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay during our trip - our family had a great time and we will be back!

Very nice and clean home. Felt like being at home. Nicely stocked with comfortable beds. Helpful suggestions:Curtains or blinds added for afternoon sun.Additional washcloths for stays. (4 for the weekend with 4 people).Better internet - constant issues with the TV

Nice new construction property, Remote location, kitchen appliances need upgrading

This property suited our needs, and we enjoyed our stay, but it might not work so well for everyone. The positives include the fact that the house is very new with a nice finish out. The 3 porches are fantastic, with one of them providing the lake view that the property is advertised as (it's not viewable from any other spot in the house). The negatives include the remoteness; there are very few restaurants and no grocery stores. The closest town is Eureka Springs 11 miles away. Another issue is despite the remote location; there are at least 6 houses built awkwardly next to each other. This unit is between 2 others and there is no privacy on the nice but exposed porches. Another big drawback is the lack of a functioning set of kitchen appliances. There is NO dishwasher! The oven is the size of an easy bake toy oven, the sink is a small bar sink, and the stove top is in Celsius?! The fridge is nice and new, however. Luckily, we did not plan on cooking much so this wasn't too big of a problem for us, but you should be aware especially since there are no close restaurants as mentioned before, and you plan on doing a lot of cooking...

The house is very cute spaciousness clean. Its in a quiet area and has lots of deck space to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The back deck with the grill is covered, so when it was raining, we had no issues cooking hamburgers. The property manager very nice and easy to get a hold of with any questions.
