The laundry room is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, an American-style refrigerator, a secondary sink, and various kitchen accessories. A convenient bathroom is also here, ideal for rinsing off after a fun day at the beach.
The ground floor, filled with natural light, serves as the vibrant heart of the home. The office space provides a quiet spot to work and opens onto a cozy living room with a television. At the center, a polished wooden dining table invites you to share delicious meals. A second lounge area offers a peaceful retreat to relax with a book or enjoy a pre-dinner drink.
The modern kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need (oven, 4-burner induction hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, French press, kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, and toaster), features a central island, making it the perfect space for cooking and gathering.
The outdoor area invites you to soak up the sun, lounge on deck chairs, or enjoy a barbecue with friends and family.
The house is perfect for 4 guests but can accommodate up to 8 people, thanks to its four thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each offering a cozy and comfortable retreat.
On the first floor, you find two bedrooms (with 160x190 cm and 180x190 cm beds), a shared bathroom, and a second office with a library.
On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a partial sea view (featuring two 160x190 cm beds and one 90x190 cm bed) and a master suite (180x190 cm bed) with a private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and partial sea views.
Keys are handed over in person to ensure a warm welcome and to provide useful tips about the property.
