Located near the Royal Botanic Gardens, Arts Centre, NGV, Southbank Theatre, ACCA, the Malthouse Theatre, Clarendon St. shops, new Southbank full range Woolworths, South Melbourne Shopping Precincts & Market, Crown Entertainment Centre plus the CBD is only a short walk or tram ride away on St Kilda Rd.
The Space:
Awash in gorgeous natural light and with an abundance of internal space, this serene apartment boasts a huge central living zone, granite kitchen, & full length balcony with picturesque bay outlook.

After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guestâs responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
