Condo Amenities include: hair dryer, ironing board, room safe, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and telephone. Also included is free WiFi, HBO, internet kiosk, complimentary coffee, complimentary concierge service, onsite maintenance staff, laundry facility, and a 24-hour reception desk.

Enjoy many resort-style amenities including a nicely equipped fitness center, a day spa, 2 saunas, outdoor pool (heated during winter), large Jacuzzi, sun deck, poolside bar, onsite restaurant, an ice machine to load up your cooler for the beach, and a laundry facility. Towels are provided and you may exchange them for clean ones at no extra charge. Parking onsite is complimentary.

This Studio Efficiency is located only 150 meters away from the beach. It is very clean, and comfortable. Features a kitchenette, king-size bed, and a table for sitting for 2 people. The property features a great location with plenty of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores within a close walking distance.

This Beachside Studio offers an excellent location in central Fort Lauderdale Beach. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, a shopping mall, a supermarket, and the water taxi within close walking distance. The Studio features a King Size bed, TV, a private bathroom, and dining table with two chairs. The Studio is equipped with a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, microwave, stove, and a sink. Amenities include: hair dryer, ironing board; room safe; coffee maker; blender; toaster; and telephone. This Studio is very clean and well maintained!

Included with the Studio is free parking, free wireless internet, an internet kiosk and printer, complimentary coffee, complimentary concierge service, on-site maintenance staff, a laundry facility, and a 24-hour reception desk.
