Perfect Place to Visit Marseille

This property is the cutest little apartment in the middle of Marseille. The waterfront is a 10 minute walk, and you can go anywhere from there. There are restaurants in every direction, and the locals are incredibly nice.

Quaint apartment in Marseille

Loved our stay in Marseille. The apartment has everything you need & is located close to the main port area. Only a 10min walk away. The surrounding streets and alleys are beautiful. It’s a perfect size for two people.

Was great as just the apartment but the downstairs was pitch black with no lights Fatima the host was great but the only downfall was the downstairs and not nearly enough lights in the property.

Nice Apartment in the middle of Panier

The apartment is extremely central and strategic to move around the city centre and Panier. It is well equipped with a washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, oven and fridge. Fatima who has welcomed us was very kind and gave us all the needed information. Negative side note is that some things in the house are not really working (light bulbs) and the general cleaning of the house. Overall it has been a very nice stay and would definitely recommend coming !

Worn down, dirty, no washing machine

Overall this was less than ok, but not a lot can be expected for this price, i guess. As other guests noted, very dusty/dirty, hair all over, paint in things from last painting, maybe ten years ago or more, mold on shower curtain, no soap, broken washing machine, and electric radiators that only worked when it was warm out and they weren't needed. Host agreed to let me leave if i wanted to, which was nice, so it gets an extra star for that. Fine if you just need a place to crash and aren't picky about cleanliness.

Waste of money , very disgusting and not what listed

I would not stay here again, even if it were free. My daughter and I stayed for 4 days and it was horrible. From the second we arrived, we got into the main door it was so dark inside, the stairs had debris all over them with a big chunk of metal sticking out towards you. If you need any assistance with stability or walking DO NOT STAY HERE. We were then greeted by a nice woman (she didn’t speak any English so there was no interaction , but you could tell she was sweet. Also NOT the owner as she owner lives in Paris. Be prepared for ZERO communication from the owner. No wifi , which we weren’t needing to sit in the room and watch movies, we needed it to be reliable for bookings for upcoming travels etc. Sheets were changed ? So it seemed as there was fold marks in them. Towels however , WERE NOT. Bathroom was not cleaned, urinate stains on toilet rim, sink & tap still dirty. Floors had hair and looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in about a month. Bed & pillows were so hard, felt like cement. There was so many bugs crawling around on the kitchen counter. Mould in shower. DO NOT BE FOOLED THIS PLACE IS 0 STARS. It’s so sad, because it is in a fantastic location (if able to walk) and could have been amazing , but it’s a forgotten about run down. With TLC and proper care this place could have potential. But don’t waste your money until that happens. It’s disgusting.

Fortement déconseillé

Appartement mal entrenu, rien à voir avec l'annonce. Canapé cassé, meubles et douche en très mauvais état. Très peu de place pour aller au wc sans parler des fourmis.nous avons du dormir sur un matelas pendant 5 jours. D après la propriotaire elle doit faire des travaux, mais ce n est pas stipulé sur l anonnce.

Le logement nous a empêché de se reposer tant à cause de l’humidité les nuisances sonores les travaux au rdv et surtout à cause de l’état de propreté du logement et des équipements serviettes literie sdb etc nous sommes mécontents de notre séjour.De plus on nous avait dit que l’on pouvait quitter à 17 h jusqu’à qu’une femme nous tel en nous hurlant dessus en nous disant que l’on devait quitter à 11h bref à ne pas louer

Du bien et du moin bien

L'appartement en lui même pourrait être très bien. Son emplacement est agréable dans la vieille ville de Marseille. La femme de ménage est très agréable et fait bien son travail. La communication avec la propriétaire est... Il n'y en a pas. Je commence dans ce qui ne va pas du tout. Nespresso inexistante ,Machine a laver le linge oui mais ne marche pas, les ampoules dans l'appartement ne fonctionne pas non plus, sur trois chauffage un seul fonctionne, Dans la douche le pommeau coule où il veut, Une table pour manger qui tiens en equilibre pas de fixation au mur. Et les murs remplis de cloque a cause de l'humidité. Première Location chez Abritel et très déçus, je pense que vous ne faites pas assez de vérification sur les lieux mis en location. Et on y retourne encore une semaine....

Le logement est très bien situation Parcontre le matelas usé mal de dos assuré, douche pas fonctionnelle. Cuisine bien équipée et fonctionnelle, concernant la propreté faut pas être maniaque. Wc pas très accessible.

Je ne conseil pas du tout ce logement même au prix affiché. Des fourmis par centaines dans l’appartement. Poussières partout des taches sur le matelas et un matelas non adapté pour dormir qui s’affaisse des qu’on s’allonge. Une gérante non disponible. J’ai dû envoyé un mail appelé et envoyer un sms afin d’avoir une réponse par mail non personnalisée et sans aucune excuse du retard de réponse. J’ai eu le droit à des fourmis dans le biberon et le lait de mon bébé, c’est vraiment honteux de mettre sur l’annonce que c’est adapté aux enfants. Le rideau de douche avec moisissure. Je ne comprend pas comment on peut louer un appartement comme celui ci. Dommage que nous ne pouvons mettre de vrais photo nous mêmes sur le site pour les futur vacanciers. Le seul point positif dans tout ça c’est Fatima qui est vraiment adorable et serviable. Cette dame est vraiment une gentille personne.

Klein, aber super mitten im Panier Quartier gelegen, sehr belebt mit Einheimischen und Touristen. Küche komplett ausgestattet, wlan und netflix. Leider zu viele Ameisen. Aber genial für Junggebliebene.

Trop cher pour un Apt mal insonorisé, pas climatisé et mal équipé

Après un accueil parfait lors de l arrivée (grâce à Fatima), nous avons découvert les multiples défauts de l appartement : nous profitons de tous les bruits du quartier et de l immeuble car peu d insonorisation et le manque de clim nous oblige à garder les fenêtres ouvertes; les 2 sorties d eau de la douche fonctionnent en même temps ( on en met partout); invasion de fourmis et découverte d une poudre rouge suspecte sur le plan de travail (contre les fourmis ? PQ ne pas nous avoir prévenus? c est toxique !); Frigo bruyant (la nuit c est gênant pour dormir); lit qui grince bcp; divers meubles cassés...et la propriétaire ne répond jamais aux messages ! Bref, séjour trop cher pour supporter tous ces désagréments!
