Welcome to your cozy retreat in Sagehill community NW, nestled in the vibrant heart of NW Calgary. This spacious 2- bedroom home offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience - ideal for all types of travelers.
15 minutes from Calgary International Airport. 20 minutes from Downtown. Bus stop in 5 minutes walk away.
It's the perfect place to wind down after a long day of exploration or simply lounge on a lazy day.
The space
Experience a charming retreat in the vibrant northwest quadrant of Calgary, in our newly unveiled basement suite. Nestled within an emerging community, this private haven was completed in October 2023 and is brimming with modern comforts.
Please be aware that while we occupy the upper suites, every effort has been made to regulate sound for your comfort. You may occasionally hear footsteps, which only adds to the feeling of a true home-away-from-home.
Our community is in a dynamic state of growth. The neighboring house is currently under construction, and there is a visible container for construction Despite this, we assure you that your peaceful stay will not be affected.
Situated in the thriving northwest of Calgary, this suite is your perfect base to explore the city's many attractions. We welcome you to embrace the unique blend of modernity and comfort we have created for your home away from home.
