Just steps from the beach, this home offers an ideal location with Omanu Surf Club, Bayfair Shopping Centre, and some of the best local cafes all within easy walking distance.

Enjoy stunning ocean views from the upstairs balcony, making it the perfect spot to savour your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine as you watch the sun set over Mauao. The home features a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy dining area, and a welcoming lounge. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe with a shared bathroom, while downstairs, you’ll find a lovely queen bedroom that opens to a small patio area —a peaceful nook for relaxing. There’s also a bedroom with two single beds downstairs with a desk, ideal for those on a working holiday or for children needing a quiet place to focus. These rooms share a full bathroom with bathtub.

The property is located on a fully fenced section, it has additional conveniences include an internal double garage with full laundry facilities, plus parking for one car down the shared driveway. Whether you're here for the beach, the cafes, or a bit of work-and-play, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience in a prime location.

Other things to note
- The main guest who books the home must be at least 25 years of age
- All linen is provided excluding beach towels - please bring your own
- Strictly no parties or gatherings
- We welcome one dog (by request) – a small pet fee applies. Please note, pets must sleep outside or in the garage, are not permitted on furniture or bedding.

Payment Terms:
Full payment for your stay will be processed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Guest Portal:
You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival.
Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID.

Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.

Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
