Warmed by a fire and heatpumps, fully insulated with double glazing, you will keep toasty and warm in this place.

6 Generously sized bedrooms will amply accomodate large family groups. 4 double beds and 6 singles made up of 2 bunks and 2 separate single beds, everyone will sleep in comfort.

A pool table in the games room will keep everyone entertained on those cozy winter nights.

**We occasionally stay in the separate, detached, flat on the property.

When resident next door, we're happy to our help guests settle in by lighting the fire and making the house warm on arrival.

When we're on site, we will leave the guests to enjoy the house in peace and quiet.
