Stay warm with heat pumps and a heat transfer system. Walking distance to the town centre and a 20 minute walk to the Opuke Hot Pools. Super convenient for accessing Mt Hutt Skifield. Warmed by a fire and heatpumps, fully insulated with double glazing, you will keep toasty and warm in this place.

6 Generously sized bedrooms will amply accomodate large family groups. 4 double beds and 6 singles made up of 2 bunks and 2 separate single beds, everyone will sleep in comfort.

A pool table in the games room will keep everyone entertained on those cozy winter nights.
