July Stay

The house needs a lot of work. Smells really musty, parts of backyard fence were down so couldn’t let dog out alone. There was no grill (listed in amenities) in backyard but there was an old toilet on its side and a can of spray foam with the foam leaking out. Lots of patches and thing’s attached using duck tape.

Musty House

The house does not have central air and was extremely musty. The two window units were not enough to cook the house. The kitchen faucet leaked around the base and the lights in the kitchen flickered. Two of the beds were old and worn. One was new. The furniture in the house was outdated and worn down. The is a window in the shower covered by a torn shower curtain that fell down easily. There was a broken down car in the driveway. We had reserved three nights but only stayed two. Someone was supposedly coming to set up a third A/C unit in a bedroom, but this would still not be enough to cool the house or help with the smell.

Health Hazard

This place was disgusting! There was mouse poop in the kitchen drawers, there was mold on multiple walls, a ceiling in a bedroom was cracking and could cave in at any time. There was a toilet in the front yard. The grill that is advertised you cannot use. The trash cans on the side yard were full and there was trash along the side of the house. There was a toothbrush left on the floor of the shower.Vacuuming was not done and the house is cluttered. The air conditioner was held in the window with cardboard and duct tape.Anyone could easily break in. There was a lamp with a folded paper towel holding the lamp shade on which was a fire hazard. I highly do not recommend this location. We didn't stay for our reservation and boy are we paying for it. Good luck with decent refunds.
