A Security deposit of $1500 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.

No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests of 28+ yrs will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy applies.

CODE OF CONDUCT
Mornington Peninsula Shire Short Stay Rental Accommodation Local Law. Guests must ensure they read and follow the requirements of the Code of Conduct during their stay.
