Welcome to our beautiful, bright suite located in Lakeview Heights, West Kelowna. A cozy retreat just for you, offering a private entrance, hot tub, and balcony where you can unwind with a glass of local wine, bask in the warm Okanagan sun, and enjoy a delicious BBQ while taking in breathtaking views of the lake, mountains, and vineyards.
The well-equipped property includes two private, allocated parking spaces and ground-floor entry. Inside, you'll experience soothing in-floor heating throughout, with A/C for the warmer months. The hallway leads to a laundry room, a toy closet stocked with a child's toilet seat, baby gate, and booster seat for dining, and a bright, ocean-themed bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, offering a glimpse of the lake and mountains.
Upstairs, you'll find a cozy living and dining area, with doors opening to the balcony. This relaxing space features stunning views, an electric fireplace, reading materials, and a big-screen TV, perfect for unwinding.
The fully equipped kitchen includes shelves with games, activities, and cookbooks. Step into the second African-themed bedroom, featuring an ensuite bathroom and views of the mountains and vineyard. This room is furnished with an antique Escritoire desk, reading materials, and binoculars for enjoying up-close views of the surrounding scenery.
A friendly black Lab/Great Pyrenees mix named Sarah lives on-site. She may come to the gate to say hello or occasionally bark at passersby when she's outside. Please do not feed her.

After 19 wonderful years in this home, we've thoughtfully expanded it to include a charming two-bedroom suite, allowing us to fully embrace the stunning views of the lake, mountains, and nearby vineyard. As avid travelers ourselves, we've drawn from our experiences to create a unique, inviting space where guests can escape the stresses of everyday life, all while enjoying the comforts of home.

Nestled next to the West Kelowna Wine Trail and the vineyards of Rollingdale Winery, our location combines scenic beauty with easy access to local attractions.
Take a 9-minute stroll to Rollingdale Winery for a taste of authentic Okanagan organic wine. From your living room, you can admire the very vineyard from which these exquisite wines were crafted. To further explore the regionâs renowned wineries, start at the bottom of the road and follow the trail to celebrated destinations such as Volcanic Hills, Quailsâ Gate, Mission Hill, and Frind Estate Winery. Many of these stops offer not only exceptional wines but also unforgettable dining experiences.
For entertainment, Okanagan Lake Shopping Centre is just three minutes away, and offers Landmark Cinemas, Bowling, Sncewips Heritage Museum, and more.
