This inviting open-plan sanctuary seamlessly integrates the living, kitchen, and dining areas, which flow effortlessly onto a timber deck offering sweeping ocean views. High vaulted ceilings add to the serene atmosphere, while split system air conditioning ensures comfort throughout. Wi-Fi is accessible on every level, and each floor includes its own bathroom and laundry facilities. The beach, with its flagged area and ocean pool, is just a short stroll away.

Configuration
Treetop Retreat offers four spacious bedrooms designed with comfort in mind. The upstairs master bedroom features a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and built-in wardrobe, all in a loft-style setting. The main floor with the second bedroom includes a queen bed and wardrobe, while the third bedroom is well-suited for children with its two bunk beds. This floor also has a bathroom with a separate bath and shower, as well as a separate toilet with laundry facilities.
Downstairs, you’ll find a cozy second lounge area with a convenient kitchenette. The fourth bedroom provides flexibility with two single beds and built-in wardrobes and another bathroom with additional laundry facilities completes the lower level.
Whether relaxing in the main living area or enjoying some privacy downstairs, Treetop Retreat is designed to meet all your needs.

Booking excerpt as per Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions

Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats and can accommodate up to 10 guests with a max of 8 adults including visitors and prior approval required for extra guests. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation.

Guests will be asked to complete a guest registration form, sign a rental agreement, and be able to provide government IDs of all adults – please answer all questions truthfully to help us tailor your reservation. Any misrepresentation may lead to immediate cancellation or eviction.

We require that guests adhere to the mandatory NSW Code of Conduct for the Short-Term Rental Accommodation Industry. Parties, hens, bucks, or other celebration gatherings are not permitted and due to new restrictions, noise complaints can result in a $500 on the spot fine. Please respect our neighbours and be mindful of noise levels throughout your stay. Noise and security monitoring devices installed within legal guidelines, including two security cameras overlooking the driveway as well as the outdoor entry area of the property.

Our home is self-catering, offering starter supplies usually sufficient for a weekend stay. While firewood, travel cots, and highchairs are not provided, you can book these and other additional services through our guest portal after completing registration.

Please leave our home neat & tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Our cleaning fees increase by 1.5x for Sunday check-ins and 2.5x for public holidays. For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book.

A security deposit of $1,500 will be withheld for your stay two days before your arrival and released after departure, pending the home inspection.
