The Space:
This exquisite apartment offers spacious, comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests, featuring 3 well-appointed bedrooms with 1 Queen Bed and 4 Single Beds, ideal for families or small groups seeking a peaceful getaway. The open-plan living area is designed for relaxation, showcasing elegant timber floors and plush leather seating, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bathrooms are a blend of sleek, modern design and indulgent touches, including a luxurious freestanding bath with water views, perfectly positioned to overlook the master bedroom.
At Marina Vista, comfort and convenience are top priorities. The apartment is equipped with a fully ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning system, ensuring the perfect climate year-round. For added leisure, guests have exclusive access to a private gym, a rooftop terrace, and a resort-style pool which is heated from the first Sunday in October to the first Sunday in April. Plus, the apartment includes secure parking underground garage.
Modern conveniences including coffee machine including pods, tea, sugar, jam, butter, UHT milk in the Kitchen and hotel luxury inclusions like shower caps, sewing kit and more are all available in the bathrooms. Induction cooktop, large oven, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave creates the perfect kitchen for all your cooking needs. The laundry also features a washing machine and dryer along with iron and ironing board creating a home away from home.
Just minutes from the lively Waterfront Marina precinct, which features a range of shops, tavern, restaurants and entertainment options, this location puts everything you need for a memorable stay right at your doorstep. Our apartment is situated in a tranquil complex with permanent residents nearby, therefore, we regretfully cannot accommodate any lively gatherings including but not limited to "hens/bucks" parties or "schoolies" bookings. Our space is ideally suited for families or friend getaways seeking a peaceful retreat. Please keep noise to a minimal level at all times especially when using the Balcony.
Bath & pool towels are provided for all guests, with beds pre-made for your convenience. Kindly refrain from using pool towels for the beach. If you plan to visit the beach, please bring your own beach towels.
This is a strictly non-smoking apartment, inside and outside on the balcony - guests will need to smoke outside the complex.
All bookings are subject to the guest's full compliance with the NSW Government Short-Term Rental Accommodation Code of Conduct including the apartment complex by-laws for the duration of their stay.
