This balcony apartment has been beautifully appointed for effortless coastal living and comes with a workspace, laundry and parking.
Capturing glistening views over Surfers Paradise, this apartment floats above the city creating a haven from the bustle below. Guests will benefit from having all the hotel amenities including a shared swimming room and an arcade room while enjoying warm and inviting interiors that make you feel right at home.
Stepping inside, the open plan living and dining area opens to the covered balcony. This is an idyllic spot to sip your morning coffee or afternoon wine, watching the sky change hue overhead. Take things slow up at the breakfast bar or come together for a shared meal around the dining table. The sleek white kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances for your holiday catering. In the evening, kick back on the sofa with board games or create movie nights at home.
Sleep easy in three immaculate bedrooms. Central air-conditioning and heating keep things comfortable all year round. The primary suite opens to the balcony and comes with a plush king-sized bed and dedicated workspace for those needing to set up their laptop. It also features a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and double vanity. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom comes with two single beds, perfect for those travelling with kids. A travel cot is also available along with a high chair upon request. Rinse off in the rain shower, located in the main bathroom, and enjoy the convenience of a dedicated laundry room with a combined washing machine and dryer. Garage parking is provided.

The lockbox is situated in the lobby. Lobby doors will close by 10pm. Check-in after 10pm will require a meet and greet service. The cost is $45 after 10pm and $60 after midnight.
We are passionate about sustainability and remaining kind to our environment, therefore we do our very best to provide guest amenities and products that are reusable and refillable and avoid single-use packaging as much as possible. We have provided enough amenities for your comfort on arrival. For extended stays, it is best to stock up on extra provisions.
Long term stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional deep cleaning fee of $140 as we are required to perform a deep clean after such stays.
Swimming pools and other communal facilities may occasionally close without prior notice when maintenance works are required.
