Experience your ultimate vacation at this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in the exclusive Become Nosara community, Esperanza. Ideal for families or groups of friends, this second-floor unit (with elevator access) offers both luxury and convenience for up to 6 guests.

Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious island, perfect for cooking and sharing meals. Relax in the cozy living room or unwind on the outdoor terrace with a cup of coffee as you soak in the peaceful surroundings.

Master Bedroom: King-sized bed with an en-suite full bathroom.
Secondary Bedroom: Two queen-sized beds with its own full bathroom.

The shared amenities include a refreshing pool, a BBQ-equipped rancho area, and even poolside WiFi for those who want to work or stream while basking in the sun.

Located just a 5-minute drive from Guiones Beach and within 5-8 minutes of Nosara’s shops, restaurants, and the renowned Bodhi Tree wellness center, this condo places you at the heart of paradise. Whether you’re here for surf, yoga, or relaxation, your unforgettable Nosara adventure starts here!

Co-working Space
The Become co-working space is a ​ co-workspace open to the public. The owners of the condos at “Condominium Become” all have a free pass for the co-working space but with the condition that the “total owners occupancy” does not exceed 25% of the working space. For that reason, we highly recommend booking your spot ahead of time so that you can take advantage of this amenity feature for free. However, ​if the capacity​ is exceeded ​by 25%, you might still be able to book a spot​, but this is subject to availability and pricing.​ Feel free to reach out if you have any questions, of course!

Please note that the commercial area on the outside of the project is under construction. Inside the gated community there is no construction but we always prefer to disclose it.

Property management & Concierge Services
The property manager is available daily from 8 am to 5 pm and 5 pm - 8 am only for emergencies

While Costa Rica does have many of the conveniences you are accustomed to having at home, navigating a foreign country can feel a bit tricky. For that reason, we’re here to help curate your experience and itinerary to be the best it can be. From booking surf lessons and ATV tours, to arranging your rental car or shuttle, to organizing your private chef and massages, we’re here for you.

Security
Nosara is absolutely a wonderful community and we can't wait to share all the good things that it has to offer. We care a great deal about our clients and for that reason, we also want to make you aware of one of the véry few downsides to Nosara: petty theft (they usually are out for your cash and your belongings as in any other tourism area). We would like to understand the dynamics of the group, so we can take care of you, put you in the right house and downsize the chance of you having any issues with this. Please feel free to inquire for more information. If not included, the property manager can arrange a dinner guard at an additional cost. The guest is responsible for securing and protecting their personal belongings and valuables left in and around the Property and for ensuring that all security features available are enabled every time they leave the Property.

Internet and Electricity
In the jungle, the utility infrastructure is unpredictable. There may be power, phone, and/or internet outages and interruptions in service. The Guest should not leave electronics plugged in during rainstorms. There isno guarantee that the Internet will always work. We have an excellent mobile phone signal with Kolbi and data rates are very reasonable. If internet access always is crucial, we encourage you to bring an unlocked phone and get a Kolbi SIM card.Please note that the Homeowner nor the Property Manager has no control over these situations and no refunds or discounts will be offered for outages or interruptions to these services. If there's any problem with the Property, please report it to the Property Manager.

Water
During the dry season months of December through April, the Property may have low water pressure due to temporary or scheduled water outages. We will do our best to notify Guests of any interruptions in water service or regularly scheduled water shut-offs.

Jungle creatures
We make every effort to present a well-cleaned home for your arrival. However, it is a jungle out there and nature can move in at any time. The Homeowners and Property Manager are not responsible for the fumigation or removal of insects that may enter the Property during the Guest's stay. Even though the house is regularly fumigated on a maintenance schedule, expect to see ants, beetles, spiders, and other assorted insects year-round. Bugs are especially active during the rainy season, May through November. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, please keep food wrapped, store it in the refrigerator, clean kitchen counters and screen doors closed at all times (particularly at night).

Refunds
No refunds will be given for natural disasters, water outages, internet outages, security breaches, personal property losses, or nearby construction noise. This area is a rapidly growing community. There is no guarantee there will not be construction nearby.

Insurance
We encourage all Guests to purchase Traveler Insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or other issues that may prohibit Guests from traveling or fulfilling Rental terms.

Great place to stay

We had a really nice stay. The location was great. Close to Guiones and Garza beaches. Apartment was brand new, very clean and modern. Well furnished. 24hr security. Nice pool, generator back up for power, recycling and compost. There is a shared workspace in the complex for anyone wanting to work (we did not use it). Very responsive owner. Easy checkin process. Few notes: the complex is still under construction. So there is some noise and dust. The apartment while it was well appointed, it is not well stocked. Nothing beyond salt/pepper/sugar. So make sure you bring coffee/tea, condiments, spices etc that you may need during your stay. Overall we had a wonderful stay

Place is very neat and perfect amenities . Laundry facility in the building really helps us to travel light and this is always a must for me when i look for a place to stay.
