The Space:

With a flexible layout, Vermont features 4 spacious bedrooms, including a unique Bunk Room, and multiple living areas spread across different levels. It’s the ideal space for families or groups of friends to relax and enjoy time together.

Ground Floor:
Step into a world of elegance, where a grand formal parlour and sitting room await, featuring an ornate fireplace and a wall-mounted TV that effortlessly extends with the touch of a remote. The ground floor bedroom is a serene retreat, furnished with a plush queen-size bed and adorned with a heritage photo wall, offering a glimpse into the rich history of old Sydney. The rear balcony provides a peaceful outdoor nook, perfect for morning moments of reflection or evening relaxation. Just off the balcony, you’ll find a beautifully appointed bathroom with modern, luxurious fixtures.

Basement Level:
Descend to the heart of the home, where the kitchen and living areas effortlessly combine style and functionality. The living space features original sandstone floors, a cozy fireplace, and a sophisticated dining area, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and entertaining. Step outside to the private terrace, an idyllic retreat complete with a Weber BBQ and a luxurious bathroom, which includes a Miele washer and dryer for your convenience.

First Floor:
The master bedroom is a true sanctuary, offering a peaceful escape from the city with its soaring ceilings, elegant linen curtains, a charming fireplace, and a private balcony. The king-size bed, combined with climate-controlled air conditioning, ensures ultimate comfort. For added convenience, the suite also includes an adjoining bathroom, kitchenette, and a versatile bedroom/nursery. Step out onto the rear balcony and unwind with stunning sunset views over the city skyline, Luna Park, and the iconic Harbour Bridge.

Bunkroom:
The cozy and inviting Bunk Room features four king-sized single beds, with a charming Paddington Bear window adding a playful touch to the space.

Guest Access:
Guests are welcome to enjoy the property. Please be careful with your luggage to avoid scratching the walls when using the stairs. CCTV cameras are located at the front and rear entrances, but not inside the house. Tampering with the cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation. Running a business, providing personal services, or producing commercial video/photos is strictly prohibited.

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)

The Neighborhood:
From high-end finishes and bespoke details through each level, to the immediate proximity to Sydney’s iconic attractions and bustling cultural scenes, “Vermont” stands out as a pinnacle of luxury living. The strategic location allows for quick access to gourmet restaurants, boutique shopping, and vibrant nightlife, ensuring every convenience is at your fingertips. Step out the front door, and you’ll be standing in one of Sydney’s most iconic streets, where you can stare at the Harbour Bridge.
It is positioned in a quiet yet convenient location, moments from The Rocks, Circular Quay, Barangaroo Reserve next to the Metro Station, plus the restaurants and theatres at Walsh Bay.

Getting Around:
There is paid street parking out the front and at the rear of the property from 8am to 10pm. It ranges from $12-16 depending on the time of day you are parking. This parking is free overnight from 10pm-8am. You can also get cheaper parking if you book ahead at the Wilson parking station at Barangaroo.

A non-refundable 4.5% fee applies to all payments made by credit or debit card.

Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
