Enjoy a comfortable stay in this pet-friendly one-bedroom, one-bathroom rental. The bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, and the pullout couch provides extra sleeping space. Stay cool with refrigerated A/C and enjoy standard amenities including a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, and fresh linens. Perfect for travelers, small groups, or guests with pets.

We are available by message for any assistance, but otherwise, we give guests space to relax and explore.

Old Town Albuquerque feels like stepping into a living museum—rich with cultural depth, architectural charm, and community warmth. It’s where centuries-old churches and adobe walls meet creative boutiques, local food, and festive gatherings. Whether you're wandering for history, art, or a lively local moment, Old Town balances the magic of the past with the energy of today.

You can access the home anytime after 4pm by using the code provided with your check in instructions. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Relax in this charming one-bedroom retreat with a comfy queen bed and a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. Unwind in the bath/shower combo, stay cool with refrigerated AC, and enjoy your own fenced backyard—perfect for pets to play! Step out to the courtyard and fire up the grill for a laid-back evening.

We are pet friendly. We do charge a pet fee of $50 per pet per stay. If you are in need of a late check out (checkout is 10am), we can assist for an additional $30 fee. Any additional fees will need to be coordinated and paid prior to stay.

Excellent location and a great apartment close to many amenities. The communication with Erin was excellent and we hope to stay again. I highly recommend this apartment which was easy to locate and access. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay.

Nice and clean

Was as described. Nice place. Only minus was sliding glass door at ground level in the bedroom. Curtains over this door did not provide total privacy.

Small but comfortable

We were pleasantly surprised by this property. The apartment has everything you need and the manager is amazing. When we first arrived, there was an unpleasant smell, and the manager took care of it right away. They were very kind and easy to communicate with, I did not give it five stars because the bed was slightly uncomfortable, the air conditioning wasn’t great in the bedroom and the curtains in the bedroom were very sheer, which made it hard for my one year-old to stay asleep. That being said, when we are in New Mexico again, we know where we will be staying. We cannot wait to come back.

Cozy Long-Term Stay

Grateful for the opportunity to stay here! My husband and I stayed for 1.5 months while I was recovering from surgery and we really enjoyed the space. When we arrived, there were several repairs that were needed - I notified the owners and they immediately offered to send someone over. They were very responsive and kind. I might encourage folks who are sound sensitive to search for another place to stay - this unit is located across from an elementary school, so during the school year one will hear bells chiming, announcements, and children hollering all day long Monday through Friday. It also creates a lot of traffic at certain times right in front of the units. Secondly, the gate to the courtyard is made of metal and slams very loudly anytime someone enters or exits which happens at all hours of the day and night. Beyond that, though, it was a relatively peaceful place to stay. I also suggest bringing a sleep mask if you choose to stay here, as the curtains in the bedroom are sheer and let in very bright light from the next door neighbor's place which turns on and off sporadically at night. Since we were staying such a long time, we actually bought blackout curtains to go over the sheer curtains that were already there and that took care of the issue.
