Just a 15-minute stroll from Collingwood Station with the 86 tram on your doorstep, this stylish retreat places you amidst chic boutique shopping and dining hotspots. Back at home, unwind in air-conditioned comfort, take advantage of Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace as well as a coveted parking spot, ending your day with a sunset drink on the balcony.
Explore the trendy streets of Collingwood from this centrally located stay, featuring a light and airy, warehouse-style layout that extends to a private balcony and invites you to unwind in style after a day of work or leisure.
An open-plan kitchen and dining area has all you need to prepare and enjoy meals at home, including a four-seater table and a dishwasher for easy clean-up. The living area has a cosy sofa and armchairs to settle in with some TV, while split system air conditioning and heating ensure year-round comfort. Further seating on the private balcony provides the perfect setting to sip your morning cuppa or kick back with a glass of wine at sunset.
When it comes time to retire, the thoughtfully appointed bedroom zone features a queen-size bed with side tables and reading lamps accommodating two guests, which can be sectioned off with a curtain to create a tranquil sleep space. It also features a large wardrobe to store your belongings. The bathroom is immaculately appointed with a shower and bathtub, a large vanity and mirror, and complimentary toiletries.
Additional conveniences include Wi-Fi and a workspace accessible via a small set of stairs, a private washing machine, and one parking space suitable for a small to medium-sized car with a height clearance of 1.85m.
The hot water system operates with an 80-litre tank and is not continuous. Once the tank has been depleted, please allow time for it to reheat.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!
Youâll be ideally situated on renowned shopping and dining precinct Smith Street â named by Time Out in 2021 as the âWorld's Coolest Streetâ â where you'll find everything from world-class coffee and live music venues to stylish Scandi homewares stores and secondhand bookshops. With Collingwood Station a 15-minute walk and trams on your doorstep, you can come and go with ease, while other local attractions include the Melbourne Museum and Fitzroy Gardens.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
