This retro home is tucked away in a peaceful forest setting, offering complete privacy and breathtaking views. Designed for comfort and relaxation, the house is filled with natural light and boasts smart key access for easy entry.

The main floor features chic decor, new appliances, a farmhouse sink, and dining space for up to 16 outside and 8 inside. Step out onto the spacious balcony from the kitchen, where you can enjoy outdoor dining or unwind while listening to the gentle waves from the nearby beach.

The first floor includes three bedrooms: the primary bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third with a charming wooden bunk bed for two. The cozy living room, equipped with a 65" smart TV and fireplace, is perfect for family movie nights or quiet evenings in.

Downstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms and a full bathroom, offering an ideal space for children or additional guests. The bedrooms include 2 queen beds, , and a bunk bed that accommodates three (double,Single). The lower-level living room features a sony surround sound system and another 65" smart TV, creating a fantastic entertainment zone.

The home is surrounded by a mature forest and sound of the lake huron waves, ensuring absolute tranquility with no neighbors nearby. The famous Port Franks Beach is just a five-minute walk away, offering sandy shores and shallow waters perfect for families.

For those looking to explore, Grand Bend Beach is an 18-minute drive, and Michigan, USA, is just 45 minutes away.

Summer:A shed at the front of the property provides beach essentials, including 6 beach chairs with comfortable carry straps for easy transport on your back, and 2 wagon strollers to help move your personal items from the home to the beach.

Please note: We only supply beach chairs and wagons; kindly bring any additional beach items you may need.


Guest access
As our valued guest, you will have complete access to the entire property, which is exclusively reserved for you and your group. All of the amenities and features depicted in the photos are for your personal use and enjoyment.

I live Far but my cleaner lives minutes away and can always assist.

Noise Policy: Loud music and noise must be kept to a minimum after 10:00 PM. Non-compliance may result in booking termination.

Parking: Five parking spaces are available on the driveway only.
Please make sure all cars parked on driveway only as the city may provide tickets if Parked on municipal property
