Sandy Feet Retreatâ is what we named our condo. It's located in South Seas Club NW, Tower 3 facing South looking at the entire length of the beach! It is a fully remodeled ocean front condo with stunning views of Marco's 6 mile crescent beach from this sought after sixth floor south side luxury condo.
Kitchen-Stainless Steel Appliances, Granite counter top. Open to dining & living rm. Direct view of the Gulf from these 3 rooms. Kitchen fully stocked with white dishes/blue trim and hammered silverware all from Bed Bath & Beyond. The cabinets are also stocked with pots, pans, skillets, water and wine glasses, plastic plates/cups for children. Coffee pots, Keurig and regular.
Dining room includes a rectangular modern table that seats 6 with a modern light fixture hung above it.
Living room has a modern L shaped couch plus a matching chair. Both are light grey. There is a 65" wall mounted smart TV. You will have free WIFI & cable. A modern fan hangs above the couch for added comfort. Master Bedroom has a tempur-pedic King size mattress, custom closet with built in ironing board & an area to sit and apply make up, private bathroom with bath tub/shower. Most importantly, the Master bedroom has a private entrance to the balcony and a spectacular view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico! 2nd Bedroom has three beds & will sleep four people. The lower bunk bed level has one full size bed that sleeps two. Above it, there is a twin bed for one. There is another stand alone twin bed. The bunk beds have walk up steps (not a ladder). Nice and easy access. Also, each bed has its individual reading light with USB ports. Perfect for both adults and kids. Beach Needs-There are beach towels, chairs, umbrella, small cooler and a beach wagon. Previous renters usually leave floats, noodles, etc for your use.
The RESORT
South Seas Club is the name of the entire Condominium complex which is a gated community that offers everything you need for an exotic, tropical vacation. It has a heated swimming pool, an exercise room, pickle ball and clay tennis courts. Boat docks and Kayak rentals are available on a per night/wk/mo basis at Tigertail which is a short walk on the beach. OUR CONDO-âSandy Feet Retreatâ is located in Tower 3, on the sixth floor directly facing the Gulf of Mexico and Tigertail Beach. The sixth floor height is perfect. Not so low where you canât see the water for the trees. And not too high for those that get a bit queasy. Again, the view of the beach is looking South!!!!! From the balcony you see almost the entire Marco Island beach which is highly sought after. Your view will be extraordinary! Laundry is taken seriously. Extra long sanitize wash. There is no carpet in the unit and no area rugs! After Housekeeping cleans the unit, I as the owner go in and do one final wipe down with disinfectant wipes on door knobs, light switches, remote controls, all kitchen handles, toilet seats/flusher, etc. The wonderful thing about South Florida is that almost everything you do is outdoors which decreases your risk of exposure. Publix grocery store has delivery service. Additionally, Publix added curb side pick up. Wynn Dixie offers options as well. We have 2 companies that offer free transportation around the Island and to and from restaurants from 4 pm to 11 pm. Non Smoking-No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony. Smoking only permitted on the ground level outdoor in designated areas. Pets-The condominium regulations at South Seas Club prevents pets on the premises. Marco Island beach also restricts pets. Iâm so sorry. South Seas is adjacent to Tigertail Beach, a picturesque thirty-one acre natural preserve and shorebird nesting area. Collect shells in the warm waters of tide pools that you walk right out onto from your vacation home. In Season (winter), there is a concession stand at Tigertail that rents inner tubes, canoes, kayaks, paddle boats, windsurfers, and electric-powered boats, which can be used to explore a tropical lagoon. Activities: Tennis, pickleball, putting green, bocce, and shuffleboard are located on the South Seas grounds. Kayaking, parasailing, biking, catamaran and jet-ski rentals are available at many locations along the 3 mile beach. Dolphin excursions are highly recommended. Golf and sailing are near by on Marco Island. There are many excellent restaurants offering a variety of cuisines on Marco as well as at nearby Naples.
Area Airports: 1/2 hours to Naples; 1 hour to Ft Myers; 1 1/2 hours to Ft Lauderdale; 2 hours to Miami. For private aircraft, there is the Marco Island Airport which has fuel for all aircraft, including jet fuel.
Note: Construction is complete on our condo bldg. Additionally, individual owners are not permitted to have construction projects going on within their units during winter months unless it is an emergency, so your stay should be relatively quiet. Off season months will have some construction. It's imperative to keep our building up to date.

Lastly, So Seas charges a $100.00 Resort/Parking fee per car. You pay this at check in. They accept credit cards or cash.
