HIDDEN GEM is a comfortable 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to a maximum of 8 guests with a double driveway and plenty of room for parking and boats!

Open plan kitchen and dining with fridge/freezer, electric oven/stove top, microwave, toaster, kettle, air fryer, dining table/chairs. Living area with 3 seater lounge and 2 single recliners, large smart TV, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner.

All bedrooms with a pedestal fan, main bedroom with non smart TV.

Bathroom with walk in shower, vanity, w/c. Laundry with top loading washing machine and laundry trough.

Undercover rear deck with outdoor setting, flat top gas BBQ. Fully fenced large gravelled rear yard.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - double, bed 3 - 2 x bunk beds - top bunks children only.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Stansbury is a small sea side town with an excellent beach, hotel, playground, cafe, post office, butcher, chemist, service station, IGA, museum, information centre and golf course.

No smoking inside

Shed not for guests use.

DOG FRIENDLY- $100 pet bond applies - yard fully fenced - Please advise in the notes sections if you wish to bring dog - the $100 pet bond will be added manually by office staff when they process your booking.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is basic accommodation and a good option if you're not intending on spending a great deal of time at the rental. One of the bedrooms has 1 too many bunk beds in it and is really difficult to get in and out of to make beds and not bump your head. I think it should sleep 6 and not 8.
