Please read and agree house rules update.
My House is located close to the city centre, Suncorp stadium and within reach of all the Paddington and Red hill Restaurants & bars. It is Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and families
Within easy reach of all of Brisbane's attractions including Caxton street , Southbank and Fortitude Valley.
Parties are strictly forbidden. No bucks, hens, engagement, birthdays, corporate Christmas parties.
Late 1890s Original Queenslander with lots of modern features. Boasts four large bedrooms and also a fifth Veranda room , Two bathrooms and a large country kitchen with Gas and Miele appliances. Outdoor space with views over the city .
Miele Espresso Machine and beans
Ducted heating/cooling system through out the house will make your stay the perfect temperature .
Guests can use the kitchen either bathroom and also relax on the large back outdoor deck space . Large inner city garden

Red hill is the highest point of Brisbane city . Close to Suncorp stadium and walk to Paddington bars and cafes.
Very central location to access the city fortitude valley, Suncorp stadium and the Southbank parklands
Paper parking permits have been replaced with digital permits.
We’ll require a number plate.
The number plate will be assigned to the visitor parking permit allowing to park in the “parking permits allowed” section of Upper Clifton Terrace.

There is also a separate apartment at the back of the property which can be rented separately.
The only interaction these guests would have is sharing the back deck to access the apartment above.
I let guests know if there are guests in the apartment at the same time.
These are the house rules:
No parties. This includes birthdays, hens/bucks and corporate.
No events, (corporate, pre wedding photoshoot/makeup) no photoshoots (specifically adult entertainment models) specially without consent.
Barbecue to be cleaned after each use or 150 dollar cleaning fee.
The pool shuts at 8pm.
I reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if i receive 1 (one) complaint from my neighbour in regards to the items listed below:
The house is strictly for accommodation only.
No smoking inside the house
Do not open the windows on the sides of the house .
Make sure all doors and windows are locked when leaving
Under the house is strictly out of bounds
No loud music after 8pm
Respect my neighbours Eg. swearing anti-social behaviour
No additional speakers are to be brought to the house
No additional guest (s) to be brought into the house without my consent.
Guest numbers and names to be provided before check in.
No furniture from inside is to be taken outside (without consent)
