Very bad experience – Do not book this property We were 8 guests, all non-smokers, and we respected the house during our stay. After checkout, the host made false claims about “damages” (burns on the carpet, stains, broken items, etc.) just to avoid returning the deposit. This is completely dishonest.When we first arrived, the walls were already dirty and scratched. Despite this, we cleaned the property before leaving. Still, instead of being treated fairly, we were accused of things that never happened.Another issue was the towels. The only towels provided were black in color, which is very unusual and unacceptable for rental properties, where guests normally expect clean white towels. It made us feel the place was not well maintained.On top of that, the house rules only allowed us two trash bags for a 3-day stay with 8 people, which is totally unreasonable and impractical.This is not professional hosting at all, and I cannot recommend this place. If you don’t want to risk losing your deposit to false claims, stay away from this property.

Fully furnished new home away from home

Almost full details were available while booking and everything was met during our stay. This was awesome.Nicely cleaned and fully furnished house was available for us. Communication with the property manager was very good. Our stay was comfortable. HVAC worked meeting our comfortable environment.We were at the property for 4 night and 5 days.Thank you,Kamal Singh
