Welcome to the Waterfront Sunset—a relaxed and beautifully styled 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom holiday home designed for memorable getaways. With space for up to 16 guests, it’s ideal for family trips or weekends away with friends. Start your mornings in the sun-filled open-plan living area, launch a kayak straight from the backyard, and unwind on the spacious deck overlooking the peaceful lake. Just five minutes from Budgewoi Beach, the home also features a private pool, a media room for movie nights, and a fun games room complete with ping-pong, foosball, gaming consoles, a smart TV, and a drinks fridge.

Such a fantastic location situated waterside, perfect for our group of friends! We made the most of the rainy weather with the games room and abundance of TVsThe host was very prompt to respond to any questions or concerns - 5 stars!

Relaxed and Tranquil

The home is beautifully designed, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light and frame the picturesque lake views. The open-plan living area was spacious and inviting, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge, and a dining area perfect for relaxed meals. The decor was modern yet cozy, creating a welcoming vibe. The property had everything we needed for a hassle-free stay, including quality linens, a BBQ, fishing rods and plenty of kayaks for the kids to ride. The host is also incredibly responsive, who reply to our questions in a timely manner. We enjoyed our stay at the property and highly recommend it to anybody seeking relaxation by the water.
