Fun stay

The house was in a great location in a quiet neighborhood with public beach access within a 10 minute drive. The house was roomy and comfortable. There have been some updates in the house. We appreciated the updated kitchen and appliances andlaundry.

Nice spot. Affordable stay

The home was very clean. There were a few minor issues, but the property manager was very responsive when I reached out and they addressed everything within 24 hours. I believe we were the first people to stay since the hurricane hit the area and I think most of the issues we experienced were a result of the storm damage. It is a pleasant house with spacious rooms and is quite close to many attractions in the area.

Clearwater baseball

Place was nice and welcoming after being in the sun all day at a baseball tournament. It is really a 7 min drive to the beach so super close for the siblings that don’t want to spend all day at the fields. Very quiet neighborhood nice Florida room to drink coffee and write lineups for the day.

Not thrilled with how our “stay” went.

It’s difficult to give a fair rating when you’re unable to stay at the property. Around noon on the day of our check-in, we were contacted by the owner/manager, who informed us that the A/C was malfunctioning but assured us that a technician was working on the issue. We arrived at the property around 6:30 PM, only to find the temperature inside was a sweltering 87 degrees. Despite this, we unloaded and decided to go out for food and drinks, hoping the situation would improve. When we returned around 2:30 AM, the temperature had only dropped to 85 degrees. Frustrated and uncomfortable, we had no choice but to pack up our belongings and book a hotel for the night, which added unnecessary costs and cut into our vacation time. On top of that, I should mention that the furniture was outdated and uncomfortable, adding to the overall disappointment of the experience.

Great location

If you're looking for something solid in the center of an Americana scene straight from the 70s, this is it. This very neat and well kept Florida neighborhood of ranch homes was a great place to come back to after a long day out and about nearby. Comforting and welcoming. One drawback is that it does take quite a while for the AC to cool the place down, especially the Master Bedroom. That room seemed like it was added to the home some time ago, and so maybe the HVAC design wasn't intended to accommodate the extra square footage.Overall, however, a great place for the money.

Golf trip

This was a great house for a group of senior citizens to enjoy grilling out after golf or a day at the nearby beach( less than 9 minutes). Grocery nearby, nearly everything you need to grill and cook. House was clean and ready upon arrival. Had a great time with friends. Will stay there again!!

Renter's Beware!!

This property is NOT at all representative of what's advertised on the Vrbo site. The pics have got to be very old because the house looks nothing like them. The interior is run down. Things like blinds that don't close and locks on the sliders that can barely be called locks made me feel leery on my 1st night when I occupied the house alone. The HVAC system can't handle the Fla heat and makes for an unpleasant and disappointing experience. It was nearly impossible to sleep at night because the bedrooms were so hot!! Had to borrow a fan just to survive. The yard is overgrown and outdoor space unkept which is a shame because that was one of the selling points for me. The entire house is in serious need of refurbishment. That being said, the location is super convenient and seems safe.
