Cocoonr agency offers this beautiful 29 mÂČ studio for rent in the supercenter of Rennes, which can accommodate up to 3 people. Located on the ground floor, this fully renovated studio comprises a living room, an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The accommodation includes :
- A fully-equipped kitchen area: oven, microwave, kettle, hob, Nespresso machine, washing machine, etc.
- A functional lounge area with a sofa bed
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bathroom with shower (separate WC)
Garden furniture to make the most of the courtyard.

The flat is ideally located in the supercenter of Rennes, ideal for discovering the city and its must-sees.
Transport:
If you're coming by car, the Hoche car park is less than 5 minutes' walk away.
Buses and the metro are less than 5 minutes' walk away. The nearest station is Sainte-Anne, just a few stops from Gares station (accessible in 5 minutes via the metro).

- Housekeeping is included in your stay, and you will find 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with the beds made up on your arrival.
