Contemporary 3BR, 2BA home designed for comfort and space with an airy, open layout and cozy retreat areas like a loft with books, games, and toys. Enjoy oversized windows, multiple decks, and a large fenced yard—perfect for families and pets (no breed/size restrictions, $100 pet fee).

Located near Orleans and surrounded by conservation land, it's peaceful yet close to beaches, shops, and the Cape Cod Rail Trail (under Ÿ mile away). Amenities include A/C in all bedrooms and dining room, WiFi (seasonal), 2 cable TVs, laundry, and a well-stocked kitchen. A true home away from home!


PLEASE NOTE: Once your reservation is made a lease will be emailed to you from Foran Realty. You must sign your lease within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not receive the email please contact Foran Realty immediately. Please note our cancellation policy spelled out in the lease. You will be asked to initial the policy as part of the signing of the lease. Foran Realty will not process any credit card payments until the lease is returned to our office. Your reservation is not confirmed until your lease is returned and the deposit is collected. Your reservation is on HOLD and not bookable by another party for the 48 hours from the time of the initial booking. We look forward to seeing you soon.
