Terrible
The owner had no idea I was coming. She was nice, but lied and said a cleaning company had come 2 days prior. There was no way, given that there was hair and dirt everywhere, corrosion in the bathtub and sink, bugs crawling around on the floors, and a dead cockroach on the kitchen counter. She later admitted that she did not know I was coming. She did offer to have a cleaning company come the next day, however I was left to find a place to stay for the night as I was not going to sleep in a place that looked like it had not been touched in at least a year. There were no hotels available within a 2 hour drive because of the holiday weekend, so I had to drive 3 hours to where my parents happened to be staying in FL (after a 17 hour drive down).The pictures online are very misleading - the flooring was cracked, there was a broken curtain rod, for some reason there was a blanket covering the couch, the curtains and beds were dusty and dirty, and a dirty old rug in the living room. The couch outside was dirty with debris on top of it and scattered everywhere. The place needs major updating. I was offered no refund from Evolve other than the amount for the first night, but I was so grossed out that there was no way I would be able to stay there. Do not stay here if you are expecting a clean and updated place to get away, and do not stay here if you expect great customer service.
