El fraccionamiento es nuevo, el coto cuenta con una alberca muy bonita, asà como una palapa y baños en la palapa. Asà mismo cuenta con åreas verdes tanto dentro del coto como afuera, asà como una årea para caminar afuera del coto, en el centro de la entrada cuenta con un årbol muy grande que le da una vista preciosa al lugar.
