Short Visit

Overall, for a short stay it was great. Definitely needs some minor updates but a good place to rest after touring the area for the day.

The place was very comfortable to stay at and had no problem with noise. it was also close to niagara falls so i was able to drive there with no problem. But other then that, it was a overall 10/10 for me.

Horrible we didnt even stay

We showed up to the residence to find that is was in a very bad area. The garage area and yard were very unkept, and had overgrown bushes and broken glass as well as other trash throughout the yard. We entered the resifence to an awful smell. We then found suitable accommodations and left.

Clean and comfortable place

The place was exactly as described, very clean and we slept very well. We had very effective communication with the host and she was very pleasant.The only thing was the area where it us located did not seem safe and we decided to park our car in a different location just for peace of mind. However we did notice the neighborhood is improving and that will help. We definitely recommend this apartment.

Worst VRBO stay ever

We booked this property specifically because we were traveling with family and wanted to be close to Niagara Falls. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations.The house was uncomfortably warm throughout our stay. Despite setting the thermostat to 69F as advised, the temperature never dropped below 78F. After spending the day outside in the heat, it was frustrating to return to a space that wasn’t cool or comfortable. This was an issue for both days of our stay.Several electric outlets were not working, and there were noticeable bugs and cobwebs around the property. Towels and bathroom linens were also missing, which added to our inconvenience. The pictures in the listing are quite misleading — the property was not as clean or well-kept as it appears online.We had planned to cook our own meals, as the listing mentioned a fully equipped kitchen. However, there were only a few pots and no pans, which made it very difficult to prepare food — a key part of our trip.We attempted to resolve these issues with the host, but unfortunately, communication was delayed and ultimately not helpful. Given the overall experience, I would look for other accommodation options in the area in the future.
