This beautifully restored home retains its classic charm with polished hardwood floors, antique light fittings, and high ceilings throughout. The spacious open plan living area with room to lounge and dine, includes a cozy wood fire, large flat-screen TV, and split-system air conditioning to ensure comfort year-round. The living area opens to a large merbau deck, overlooking a fully enclosed grassed backyard – ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation.

The European-style kitchen is a chef’s dream featuring a 5-burner cooker, dishwasher, and marble benchtops.

The property offers a luxurious bathroom featuring a clawfoot bathtub, separate shower, and toilet – perfect for relaxation after a day on the beach. An additional toilet can also be found in the fully equipped laundry (washer/dryer/ironing board).
