The lower level also includes a spacious additional living room area, perfect for relaxing or entertaining, with a queen-size futon that includes a memory foam topper for added comfort.
The expansive backyard is perfect for summer gatherings, featuring a gas grill for cookouts, a cozy fire pit for evening relaxation, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after beach days. The long driveway accommodates boats or trailers, making it ideal for adventure-seekers bringing their own gear. This home is designed to create lasting summer memories, whether you're lounging in the backyard, exploring local attractions, or soaking up the sun at Cape Cod's famous beaches.
