The Space:
Ideally located on the shores of Queenstown’s iconic lake Wakatipu, our home is large and spacious, with an open plan and enchanting lake and mountain views from the living room, kitchen and dining room. Our home is spread over three levels and has four very comfortable bedrooms...a perfect holiday retreat for families and friends.
Halfway between downtown Queenstown and the supermarkets, the location is perfect to wander alongside the lake into town or catch the bus to Queenstown's vibrant CBD where you and your guests will enjoy award winning restaurants, cafes & bars. Located approx 1 km walk along the Frankton Arm Track to Altitude Brewing, Fino Wine Bar and the ever popular Boatshed Cafe.
Central to all ski fields with an abundance of golf courses around. Or for the more active, world-class mountain biking tracks surround you with the Frankton Arm Track right on your doorstep.
This house has everything... Perfect location, views, space and style!
The house features four generous bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two outdoor balconies, and a single car garage with extra space for your equipment, such as bikes and ski gear. Three bedrooms, including the master bedroom, are on the top floor, as are both bathrooms. The 4th bedroom is down on the ground floor. There is no bathroom on the ground floor.
You will absolutely love watching the gorgeous colours change throughout the day over the Mountains and Lake Wakatipu as the sun rises and sets.
We welcome everyone to come and stay in our home and simply ask that you care for it responsibly.
We provide an exceptionally clean home and high quality 5-Star hotel grade linen and towels along with high quality memory foam pillows for all beds.
STANDARD BEDDING CONFIGURATION:

Please note: All beds can be split into 2 single beds or can be made into 1 king bed per bedroom. The configuration above is the default set up. If you require the beds to be set up differently, you must inform us at least three days before check in. If you want the beds changed after you have checked in, there is a fee of $150 NZD per bedroom.
*You must let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival if you want the beds set up in a different configuration. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration (listed above) AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $50 per bedroom. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.
Please note... the BBQ is not available for guest use.
Floor Plan is as follows:
This three story unit is accessed via the ground floor entrance with no steps to the property. The unit uses internal stairs to reach each level. There are approx. 12 steps between each level.
On the ground floor is the entrance, garage and one bedroom. Up on the second floor is the open plan kitchen, dining area, living room and balcony. Up on the top floor are three bedrooms, balcony, one shared bathroom and one ensuite bathroom.
Free Parking:
1 x allocated covered park in single car garage – passenger car only, no campervans or oversized vehicles
Additional outdoor parking for larger vehicles is available on-site, however, this parking is on a first come, first served basis.

Ideally located by the lake, the apartment offers easy walking access to the lake front, while still within close proximity to all the happening.

Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 per stay . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you want the baby accessories brought over to the house. Please note: You will need to supply your own linen for the portacot.
Upon arrival, you will find your accommodation equipped with:

Upon departure, please ensure the property is left in adequate condition and that the dishes are completed.

The Neighborhood:
The neighbourhood is wonderful. The Queenstown-Frankton lakefront walking trail is on your doorstep... only 50 metres away from your front door. There is a bus stop 150 metres from your front door. The airport and the Five Mile Shopping district are 4 km away. Downtown Queenstown is 4 km away.
It is a very quiet neighbourhood... and all the windows are double glazed, so you'll find it very relaxing and quiet during your stay.
Getting Around:
Being so close to Town, you will find that it is very easy to get around. The lakeshore walking track is very close by and It's only 4 km to the shops and restaurants of downtown Queenstown.
The closest Orbus bus stop is about 150 metres away. That bus will take you all over the greater Queenstown area for a very reasonable bus fare.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that we have a three day minimum booking requirement over the Christmas -New Year period.
Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties.
A maximum of 8 guests allowed. The person making the booking must be over the age of 25 unless permission is granted. IF under 25, please contact us for permission to book.
