This whole house awaits for you and your family to enjoy. Kick back and enjoy this tranquil stylish house located in a tropic oasis, teaming with birdlife. The 5 roomed property can sleep up to 10 people. Enjoy the billabong pool which overlooks a nature reserve.
Head out the back gate, through the tropical reserve for a short flat stroll to the beach and children's playground (5-11 min). The amenities, location, birdlife and proximity to the beach and makes this home the perfect holiday home.
As you enter the front gate, you'll step into a fairy-tale garden. On this level you will enter the home and move from the entrance into an open plan kitchen, dining and living area which opens onto a deck overlooking the pool and tropical garden, with birdlife in abundance. On this level, there are three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a double bed, there are two bathrooms, with one being on-suite to the main bedroom. Each bedroom has a sliding door, opening onto a deck overlooking different parts of the garden. Two of the bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom.
Downstairs there is another oversized bedroom which opens onto the garden. There is a separate bathroom and a laundry, There is a second lounge downstairs with a separate entrance, this room has a queen bed. The two rooms downstairs share a bathroom where the shower overlooks the tropical garden.
The pool is located in a tropical setting, overlooking a nature reserve and pond. At the end of the deck, head out the gate for a quick stroll to the beach.
This property is very centrally located and is in driving distance to shopping centers and a range of activities that the region has to offer.
