Light and Airy 3 Bedroom Green Point Family Home
Surrounded by lush vegetation and trees, this beautiful 3 bedroom
family home is the perfect base when visiting Cape Town. Conveniently
located in Green Point within walking distance of Cape Town Stadium,
the V&A Waterfront, Green Point Park and the Sea Point Promenade. Table
mountain and the famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay and just a
scenic 10-15 minute drive away.
The space:
This vibrant 2 story townhouse seems to emulate the eclectic soul of
Cape Town. A lot of thought and consideration has gone into making the
home the perfect family escape. Modern appliances and finishes with
tasteful use of colour throughout.
The spacious upstairs loft-style bedroom is a dream-space with
whitewashed tilted ceilings and large bay windows. There is an adjacent
sunroom which opens onto a charming little balcony, perfect for winding
down after a day of exploring the mother city. The comfortable king
size bed, aircon and en suite bathroom make this the perfect space to
rest and relax.
The ground floor has a natural flow from under the fragrant Frangipani,
through the lounge and dining area into the fully equipped kitchen. The
kitchen opens into a small courtyard with an outdoor shower for rinsing
off after after those hot and sunny beach days.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, en suite bathroom with walk in
shower and Juliet balcony located under the large Frangipani. The third
bedroom has a queen size bed and en suite bathroom with a classic
clawfoot bathtub.
Other amenities include:
* Garage parking (for a small car e.g. Toyota Corolla or Renault
Megane size)
* Fully equipped laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer.
* Uncapped fibre internet.

Guest access:
Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the house to
themselves.
Other things to note:
For stays longer than 8 days, a weekly mid-stay clean is offered. We
can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at
an additional cost, if required.
Linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are
provided.
This home has a strict no party rule and this needs to be adhered to,
otherwise eviction from the property and a fine may be implemented.
