4-room apartment located in the Les Trappeurs residence, building A, in the PrĂ© du Bois sector, 1,100 metres from the village centre and 1,900 metres from the ski lifts. With a surface area of 75 mÂČ (including 17 mÂČ with ceiling height under 1.80 m), the apartment is on the third floor with lift access, followed by an internal staircase of 15 steps leading to the entrance. It benefits from two balconies facing east and west with mountain views.
The property can accommodate up to 6 guests. It includes one bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a second bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and a cabin with bunk beds (the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old). The sanitary facilities comprise a bathroom with bathtub, a separate WC, and a shower room with WC adjoining the main bedroom.
The kitchen is fitted with ceramic hobs, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a combined microwave oven. Additional equipment includes a flat-screen TV, WIFI connection, and a washing machine.
Ski locker no. 22 is available, as well as an outdoor parking space. Heating and hot water are individual. Pets are not allowed.
