Every holiday house has a story, and that’s what makes each one so special. Some have been cherished by families for generations, while others are exciting new investments. This home has a particularly unique story! If you’re familiar with Cape Paterson, you probably know about the Rockpool at Bay Beach—one of Victoria’s most iconic ocean pool. Well, the owner’s grandfather was part of the team that built this famous rock pool back in the 1960s.

Fast forward to today, and this wonderful holiday house interior has been renovated . You’ll find a brand-new kitchen, fresh carpets, five spacious bedrooms, and two modern bathrooms. Step outside, and you’ll love the refreshed alfresco deck, complete with a new roof and BBQ. For some extra fun, the garage has been transformed into a games haven with a pool table and table tennis—perfect for guests of all ages!

This property is managed by The Beach House People – Holiday Rentals & Property Management. It operates as short-stay accommodation under the Bass Coast Shire’s Local Law Neighbourhood Amenity 2022.

Linen: Full linen isn’t provided but can be hired by the room. Don’t forget to pack your beach and pool towels!
House Rules: To ensure a great experience for everyone, we have some important rules:
No parties, Schoolies, or groups under 25 years old.
No Hens or Bucks parties.
No smoking.
Check-In Process: You’ll need to agree to our Terms & Conditions when booking, which includes providing Australian photo ID or passport ID for the online check-in process. Once that’s done, we’ll share the lockbox code for your stay.
