As an added bonus, there is a 3-season sunroom with skylights, additional gathering and eating space (a great area to put together a puzzle or snooze in a lounge chair), plus a shower area for washing off the sand. There is direct access to the rear treed common area with wonderful views of nature. The upper-level features two good-sized bedrooms and two fully upgraded bathrooms. There are 2 smart TV's, be sure to bring your app account credentials.
The property has 5 ceilings fans, the floors are bamboo and luxury vinyl (no wall-to-wall carpeting), there are two parking spaces and included is a coveted in season Bethany Beach resident parking pass. PLUS, the Bethany Beach Trolly runs into the community during the summer offering stress-free access to the beach and shops and restaurants.
