If you don't head to the beach you can enjoy your own private pool with Tiki bar and plenty of loungers. Just a short drive to shops, grocery, restaurants and entertainment!
Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool with hot tub, poolside tiki bar, gas grill, picnic table and outside shower. Carport with foot wash and a grilling area with park-style charcoal grill and a basketball hoop in the driveway. Inside you will find a Den with a flat-screen TV/DVD, kitchenette with full size refrigerator, sink and microwave with pool deck access. Off the Den is a Room with a Single Bed (no closet), Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and a desk and a full hallway bath.
Mid Level: Open Den/Sitting Area with Queen Sleep Sofa and deck access. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, private deck and private bathroom. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access and private bathroom.
