3. Booking Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed once full payment has been processed. The person making the booking must be the one staying at the property and is responsible for ensuring all guests follow the house rules and terms.
4. Guest Responsibility
The primary guest is responsible for ensuring that all guests and visitors follow the house rules. You are liable for any damages or disturbances caused during your stay. We recommend that all guests familiarise themselves with the propertyâs rules and the surrounding area.
5. Cancellations
- Cancellations made 31 days or more before check-in incur a 0% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made 15-30 days before check-in incur a 50% cancellation fee on the total booking cost.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival incur a 100% cancellation fee.
We encourage you to consider purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected circumstances.
6. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time is from 12:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is by 12:00 PM. Late check-out may incur an additional charge, subject to availability.
7. Use of the Property:
Follow House Rules and only allow those on your Guest List to stay overnight.
Do not damage any part of the property (furniture, equipment, etc.).
No smoking.
No excessive noise, disruption, or parties.
Only sleep in the provided beds; contact us for extra bedding before arrival.
Ensure any guests comply with these rules.
8. Personal Belongings and Vehicles:
You are responsible for your belongings and vehicles, and they are at your own risk.
Follow local parking regulations and donât bring anything dangerous onto the property.
9. Identification & Verification
To comply with local regulations and for safety and security purposes, we require the primary guest to provide a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driverâs license or passport) prior to check-in. This information will be handled securely and only used for verification purposes. By booking, you consent to this request.
10. Supervision and Caution:
Be cautious with swimming pools, spas, ponds, or any water hazards; supervise children carefully.
Floors and outdoor areas may be slippery when wetâtake care.
Use BBQs, outdoor grills, or fire-pits responsibly and supervise people who are unable to use them safely.
11. Third Party Services:
We are not responsible for delays or issues with third-party services like internet or utilities.
12. Property Security:
Always lock doors and windows when you leave the property, especially during storms.
Report any damage or theft immediately.
You are responsible for securing the property and any damage or loss resulting from failing to do so.
13. Noise and Prohibited Activities:
No loud noise after 10:00 PM and keep noise minimal between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Drugs, illegal activities, and irresponsible alcohol consumption are prohibited.
No strippers, topless waitresses, or nudity allowed.
Visitors must leave by the end of the day and canât stay overnight.
14. Commercial Photography:
No photos or videos for commercial use without written consent from management.
15. Security and Access:
We may enter the property without notice in case of emergency or if required by law.
16. Indemnity and Liability:
You are responsible for any damage or injury caused by your actions, negligence, or failure to supervise others.
