HOUSE close to the beach, Vilas do AtlĂąntico
Cozy furnished house with 02 (two) suites, living room, dining room, bathroom, balcony, laundry area (with washing machine) and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils to provide comfort and practicality for you and your family. Maximum capacity: 6 people (extra guests or visitors are not allowed). It has a parking space.
SUITE 1 - has a double bed, sofa bed, split air conditioning, wall fan and coat rack. Full bathroom. We provide bed linen and towels.
SUITE 2 - has a double bed, a single mattress, wall fan and coat rack. Full bathroom. We provide bed linen and towels.
Our space is located in a family and quiet environment in the best area of ââVilas do AtlĂąntico, on a tree-lined avenue, with 24-hour security and private access to the beach. Our house combines hospitality with the convenience of being close to everything: markets, restaurants, pharmacies, bus stops and the best beach huts in the region, such as GĂĄvea and MarĂ© Blue. We have a calm and pleasant environment, great for relaxing or enjoying the best the coast has to offer.
Our house is located on an extremely quiet street, and we value good coexistence with our neighbors. Therefore, parties or any behavior that may cause disturbance to our neighbors are not permitted. LOUD SOUND IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED, as per the condominium regulations.
Our strategic location provides easy access to the airport (20 minutes by car), the capital of Bahia and the beaches of the north coast, making your stay practical for both leisure and business commitments.
We only accept small pets.
INCLUDED in the daily rate: Wi-Fi/Internet, full bed linen/bath linen, basic kitchen utensils, parking space, condominium fee and property tax.
