The spacious open living area adjoins both a sheltered sunny atrium courtyard and a spacious deck area, perfectly setup for outdoor lounging with a view - the ideal outlook for watching passing whales in season. Smart TV, wifi and a large comfortable lounge complete the space, with a further separate living zone and media room available on the lower level.
