Lawrence, known as the Kakadu of the South with its stunning wildlife.
Private large apartment, self contained, gorgeous location with incredible scenery.
Secure, air conditioned, modern and clean.
Itâs a 2 minute drive to the Lawrence Bluff Point ferry and a scenic 10 minute drive to Maclean (the Scottish Town) a further 15 minutes to Yamba and the surrounding famous surfing beaches.
Ballina/Byron airport a comfortable drive on the new improved Pacific Highway.
Swings & fully fenced yard.
The space
The living area is versatile, we can offer extra bedding. Dining lounge and kitchenette combined.
This area has a large bar fridge, microwave, toaster, glass cooktop and all necessities.
Television with digital channels available in the living area. Additionally a wall mounted digital television in the bedroom with wifi/netflix.
We offer laundry facilities when needed with tub, washer and dryer.
Guest access
You will have complete privacy, both garden and apartment. Entrance is private and exclusive to the apartment.
On arrival, parking in the driveway you have private access through the gate to the garden apartment, self check in available.
Other things to note
Weâre flexible, feel free to reach out. Lawrence Pub is famous for its food and River Views. Thereâs also a large general store which stocks meals and alcohol and you can even top up for petrol there. Lawrence has a post office too. Golf course, cricket and croquet.
